We ARE Pecan Haus Home Buyers!

Nicole and Russ are homebuyers and investors living in Katy TX. We have been investing in real estate for many years and recently completed three wonderful home renovations – one sold on MLS, one sold as an owner-financed property and one kept as a rental property. We are now looking to grow our business into a full-time business.

Our mission is to help people with their real estate problems by offering creative and fair solutions to whatever the problem is. No project is too tough nor too complex for us. We buy houses “As-Is” without the need for homeowners to do any renovations or expensive updates to their homes. We will take that on. We help people resolve mortgage issues and sell their homes quickly and for CASH, mostly within as little as 5 days. Lastly, we are not realtors, saving sellers thousands on commissions since we don’t charge realtor fees.

Prior to forming Pecan Haus Home Buyers, we were both in the corporate world, tied to paychecks and solving other people’s problems. Our corporate work made us good at managing projects, keeping commitments, closing things on-time. We bring this drive and these skills to our home buying business. Nicole has a background in design and fashion while Russ has spent time in the construction and remodeling world as well as in engineering.

We are transplants to Houston having both grown up in Europe and love calling Houston our home. When we are not at work, we enjoy helping others with projects like “Habitat for Humanity” and “Fort Bend Ramps”. For relaxation we like running, yoga, walking our dogs and cooking at home.
